Manila, Philippines –The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Takenaka Corporation of Japan, for the latter to complete and integrate the systems works for the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. Under the terms of the agreement, Takenaka, the original subcontractor, will complete the works within 12 months, allowing Terminal 3 to be fully operational by the third quarter of 2014.
