Uratex Premium, in partnership with Our Home, celebrated World Sleep Day through a series of informative activities at SM Mall of Asia Activity Center to promote proper sleep for a healthy wellbeing.

 A good night’s sleep is key maintaining overall wellness as it affects almost all aspects of our daily lives. Aside from keeping you alert and energized throughout the day,  helping boost your immune system, improves concentration, regenerate and repair cells, getting a restful sleep lessens the risk for diabetes and high blood pressure and obesity.

Part of the event is the launch of the Uratex Premium’s “Sleep Hive”—a sleep pod showcasing the ideal space and mattress to achieve the best sleep experience, showcasing collections of Uratex Premium mattresses such as Orthocare made of orthopedic foam materials with Biorytmic Technology that helps reduce stress, improve


balance and concentration, and provide back support; the Sensory Memory which adapts to the body contour and evenly distributes weight to ease pressure points; and the Premium Touch, hotel-like mattresses which are made of smart reflex pocket coil springs for undisturbed sleep.    

World Sleep Day culminated with “Healthy Slumber, Healthy You,” an afternoon of talks about beauty, wellness, and the importance of good sleep. Sharing their expertise were Happy Skin CEO Rissa Mananquil-Trillo who discussed about how good sleep affects ageing; and sleep specialist Dr. Keith Aguilera who had a lecture on sleep and its benefits.

As an advocate of World Sleep Day, Uratex Premium shares its mission of celebrating sleep, and a call to action on important issues related to sleep such as medicine, education, social aspects and driving.
