Hari (born February 6, 1990) is South Korean singer who popularized the Gwiyomi Song, or Kwiyomi Song (귀요미 송) was released on February 18, 2013 and became an internet phenomenon. It was inspired by a gesture from rapper South Korean Jung Ilhoon of boy group BtoB.

The gesture is called 'Gwiyomi Player'. The "Gwiyomi Player" was mostly recreated by teenage girls from Southeast Asia, where the K-pop music genre has a huge and loyal fanbase especially in Thailand and in the Philippines.

Philippine media described the "Gwiyomi" song as the latest web-viral sensation that has unseated "Gangnam Style" to become the new K-pop craze. True to the cute style of Gwiyomi, Hari’s other singles are sweet, fun and easy to listen to.

Today even in choosing a place to live should be considered and its a must that everything within what are being used to building anything should be safer and greener . That’s why LEED INC. was being formed and organized.

Construction experts Cavite Ideal International Construction And Development Corporation (CAVDEAL), known as long-time contractor of infrastructure development in the country, takes on the challenge of producing new landmarks, and goes into real estate development through their newest venture, LEED INC.

As developers, LEED INC., which was officially launched last year, will focus on three key projects: Tourism, commercial and real estate ventures.

Delving away from the usual projects, LEED INC., aims to become a niche player by providing green and environment-friendly solutions to their projects.

“We want to be a niche player in the real estate industry, by providing projects that truly promotes a green and healthy lifestyle, and address as well other needs in both the commercial and tourism industry in the Philippines,” said Regie Dela Cruz, LEED Inc. project director.

Leader in green architecture

Among their planned developments, their real estate foray is expected to stand out and carry on their exceptional vision of providing healthy, green spaces for future homeowners.

Their first project, which will be officially launched by the fourth quarter of the year, will start carrying what is to be LEED Inc’s signature in green lifestyle: Dedicated spaces that promote and encourage residents to embrace conscientious, environment-friendly community.

Aside from strategic architecture, the most unique feature of their residential communities are bike facilities that will be made available for all future homeowners. Apart from the bike lanes, there will be permanent bike racks where lovers of the activity can park their equipment safely. There will also be recharging stations of e-bikes, further encouraging residents to take on the healthy activity and alternative mode of transportation across the ages.

Commercial and Tourism projects

LEED INC., sister companies have already produced various projects in commercial retail in key areas in Cavite.

New resorts and hotels are planned in key tourist destinations like Boracay and Puerto Princesa, focusing also on environment and budget-friendly options for the discerning tourists.

This part of their plans was born out of CAVDEAL’s excellent record in construction business.

This is one of the best play that I ever watched and It was a Three sequence plays that you cannot fail to tracked down and see because of its real intention of showing how a Filipino in the 1600 has been an OFW , How Lorenzo despite of accidentally killed a person due to  the reason of maliciously done something bad against his wife, on which purpose him to  become one who is willing to give himself to be martyred and die in Japan because of his faith  together with the group of priest that was there to share their faith and belief . And purposely because they do not want to reject and turned their back on their  faith in God as asked by Japan’s Head of State.

PMAP Annual Conference turns Gold

pmaplogo

This month the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will celebrate its 50th year and will be having its Press Conference on Sofitel Hotel this week and will conduct its Annual Conference at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Roxas Blvd Pasay City..

The global economic landscape is seeing a new dawn, with Asia as its center and the Philippines, its sweet spot. The turnaround could not have come at a more opportune time. A young Filipino workforce is raring to go and governance is breaking through a renaissance of accountability and transparency. The message is unequivocal: We are open for business! It’s all systems go.

The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the premier organization of HR practitioners and people managers in the country today, will hold its 50th Annual Conference at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) from September 25-27, 2013.

With the theme Global Opportunities. Leaping. Forward. Defying Limits,” this year’s conference will update people managers and HR practitioners on the latest trends and practices in human resource management and employee relations. With fifty years of thought leadership, advocacy and camaraderie, the PMAP conference will reach another milestone as it moves towards its quest for gold.

The conference will also recognize the challenge that the Philippines is at the center of Global Opportunities. But more than recognizing that reality, people should see it as a mandate. There’s no other way but to seize these possibilities. Filipinos are now at the brink of living their dreams and imaginings. There are no excuses. This time, we have to make it work!

The horizon has opened up and all eyes are on the Philippines as the world’s new economic tiger. The opportunities are within reach and the challenge is to leap forward. We can no longer afford to move at our current pace. Catch-up, leapfrog… that is what we should do. But to realize this, we need to defy limits, break free from our self-imposed restrictions that used to define who we are and what we can do.

PMAP has gathered some of the best minds here and abroad to share their knowledge and expertise in this historic event. Senator Juan Edgardo Angara will be the opening keynote speaker who will talk about the Philippines as an untapped gold mine while the closing keynote speech will be delivered by no less than Senate President Franklin Drilon.

Josephus Jimenez, FPM, former DOLE Undersecretary, with Attys. Eliseo Zuniga, Jr., Randall Tabayoyong, and Noel Balsicas; and Carlos Celdran, Filipino tour guide, cultural activist, and performing artist, and a host of other luminaries.

The program is beefed up by PMAP Past President Bong Austero, Luigi Mapa, Gerry Plana, PMAP Director Bong Tamayao, Nic Lim, SVP-JG Summit Holdings, Ging Igual, Angie Atanacio,  PMAP Director Penny Bongato, Teny Menorca, PMAP PMY Awardee, Ma. LORENZO, A MUSICAL, PLACES THE FIRST FILIPINO SAINT

ALONGSIDE THE OFW IN EXILE SET TO OPEN SEPT. 5

LORENZO - POSTER

Featuring music by Ryan Cayabyab, direction by Nonon Padilla and

book and lyrics by Juan Ekis and Paul Dumol with the collaboration of Joem Antonio

2

This September, Christopher de Leon through Green Wings Entertainment Network, Inc. presents a new musical directed by Nonon Padilla: LORENZO, which features the musical stylings of Ryan Cayabyab and libretto by award-winning writers Juan Ekis, Paul Dumol, and Joem Antonio.

The musical, which tells the story of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz’s escape to Japan and subsequent martyrdom there, is framed within a play that tells the modern-day story of Laurence, an OFW whose imprisonment in a Middle Eastern country and imminent execution prompt him to reflect upon the struggles of his historical countryman and cope with the inner struggles of his own predicament.

Lorenz Martinez and OJ Mariano star in these roles respectively.

LORENZO is deeply relevant to Filipinos from all walks of life as its themes span the unquenchable rage of the suffering man to the cathartic acceptance of one’s circumstances, the struggles of our ancestors to our struggles in the ever-changing contemporary world, being apart from one’s home to inspiring others with one’s sense of being a Filipino in a foreign land.

And in line with the declaration of 2013 as the Year of Faith, LORENZO especially touches upon the theme of faith as a heroic virtue and how faith moves one to make the most powerful albeit difficult choices.

LORENZO will be staged at the SDA Theatre, located on the fifth floor of De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde on P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila.

Date of performances: September 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14 with shows at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Tickets are available through TicketWorld or the LORENZO official website: www.lorenzorocks.com.
