Primero Casa Filipino, “A unique twist of Filipino recipe”

Primero Casa Filipino is an All-Day Buffet Restaurant located on Scout Torillo corner Scout Fernandez, Brgy Scared Heart, Quezon City. This Ancient house was one of the highlights and make it more Filipino and for the third time of  being in the industry of different management  now I believe that it  can be labeled as one of the best Filipino  Restaurant  in town,

The  place is too cozy and comfortable to be into because its just like eating in one of the known personality’s house. At First, I admitted that I am a bit reluctant  to be in a Filipino Resto because most of the recipe’s have of too much of oils and fats. But as I see and gazed on the preparations I begin to taste everything without any struggle .

To begin with an Appetizers that would start my  taste bud to appreciate and being ready for the main course . Their one and only Sisig Shooters  which you can only find here , and Angus Beef mini burger that is too delicious and you may crave for more , They do have their Pizza and other choices that are too unique and have been famous here as they say for  quite sometime.

I like their Kare Kare its a Peanut based cooked with the oxtails and beefs towel which is one of the best Filipino dish especially blended with bagoong or fish sauce,  A Pritata Vegetable that is a little bit foreign but it was just a simple scramble egg with potato ,  Pork Callos that is delicately and freshly cooked  with lesser oil and fats and other menus that is in the pictures below.

Their setups are pretty much more grandeur,  than some of the top hotel or resto’s in the town.  because their heating elements in every servings are  ignition plates which is used to make the food more fresher and hotter than ever from the start till  the end of  the time limits per  dining . .They have different set of meals being served every day .

But for their specialty such as Angus beef and Cebuchon or Caprichon belly lechon kawali which is the top favorites of their patron customers . How can you resist such unique taste of their Roasted Angus Beef and Roasted Chicken that has a different twist and considering the tenderness , juiciness and softness of the meat.

And most of all thanks for  the generosity and warmth welcome of Mr.Kim Marcelo and his staff from the Chefs to the waiters and servers who promotes everything without any hesitation of Primero Casa Filipino for a period of Two (2) years and still at this very moment.

MANILA – 16 boys -- 9 from Metro Manila, 2 from Bacolod, 2 from Cavite, 1 from Rizal, 1 from Tarlac and 1 from Batangas -- emerged as the best of the Manila Regional Selection Camp of the Jr. NBA Philippines 2014 presented by Alaska held at the Philippine International Conventional Center (PICC) Forum Tent at the CCP Complex April 13. 10 girls – 6 from Metro Manila, 2 from Laguna, 1 from Cavite and 1 from Sorsogon -- will join the first-ever pool of Jr. WNBA aspirants who will compete in the inaugural Jr. WNBA tilt this year.
