3 Non-meat Dishes to try at Cru Steakhouse

Marriott Manila’s famed Cru Steakhouse invites you to a seafood dinner this Lenten Season starting April 10 to 15. As you observe this season’s traditions, their special a la carte dishes are perfect as you spend intimate moments with your loved ones.

Cru Steakhouse is simply multi-awarded because of its impeccable dishes from high-quality ingredients, which is expected as well on their Lenten Season menu. New appetizer choice is Prawn Cakes on lemongrass skewers priced at Php 650. Prawns used are locally sourced and seasoned with pomelo salad, Asian lime vinaigrette and cashew crumbs dressing.

Another must try is the Cream of Tomato Soup, using organic tomatoes from their Bautista Organica Farm in Batangas.  This warm and flavorful bowl is for Php 350 only. As they set aside the steaks, they offer an equally superb main course,

Seared Wahoo Mackerel for Php 1,100. This sustainable fish is also a healthy option that is lightly garnished with potato hash, olive tapenade and saffron cream sauce. No meat, no problem indeed. Savor great food while keeping traditions this Lenten Season.

Cru Steakhouse is located at the ground floor of Marriott Hotel Manila, open daily from 6pm to 10:30pm. For inquiries, call (02) 9889999 or visit manilamarriott.com. To keep up on their latest offerings, follow @marriottmanila at Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat and, @manilamarirott on Instagram.
