AXA bags silver in the Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards 2018



   
AXA Philippines, one of the leading insurance companies in the country, recently won at the globally prestigious Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards which aims to recognize the most innovative projects, initiatives, and ideas in insurance around the world.

The program recognized AXA with a silver award for MyAXA Café, an online insight community that provides secure, ongoing, and real-time feedback from customers. MyAXA Café was chosen out of 300 entries from all across the globe and was short-listed in the final nine before winning silver – including entries from world-renowned insurance brands Generali, Allianz, and Zuric

As a pioneering tool, MyAXA Café was developed in order to generate faster, research-driven insight that helps AXA improve customer service, there by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. It also aids AXA in the creation of new and better products that are responsive to the needs of customers. To date, MyAXA Café has 1,200 members.

“This award encourages us to cultivate a deeper understanding of our valued customers’ perceptions and attitudes toward insurance,” said Rahul Hora, AXA Philippines president and CEO. “By understanding our customers better through MyAXA Cafe, we are then able to design even better products and solutions and enhance the AXA customer experience.”

Last year, AXA France was awarded for AXA Sure, an app that allows information on household contents to be digitized and stored.Winners are awarded by their peers, with a rigorous, independent process ensuring the credibility of the awards.
