AXA Philippines rolls out innovative e-Policy





AXA Philippines, one of the leading insurance companies in the country, rolls out its innovative paperless e-Policy system to make policy issuance and delivery easier and more convenient for customers.

With the e-Policy, customers can view their policies easily and in real time, even when they are on the go. They can also save the e-Policy on their digital gadgets, send them to their beneficiaries, or print a copy only when they need it.

Customers can get a copy of their AXA e-policy through these simple steps: Register an account on MyAXA, then log in to that account. Go to “My Policies” to view the policy and other documents. The proprietary digital platform MyAXA is an online portal accessible on desktop and tablet. There is also an app available for download, but the e-Policy is currently only available on the web portal.

The e-Policy is generated and available through MyAXA web after a policy is issued. The e-Policy becomes the digital version of the hard copy of a new insurance policy. The electronic document is legal, valid, and approved by the Insurance Commission.

“The introduction of the e-Policy is our way of elevating the overall AXA customer experience,” says Rahul Hora, AXA Philippines president and chief executive officer. “Our new customers will now be able to get a copy of their policies right away, all through MyAXA.”
