SM Supermalls partners with Nickelodeon for a wonderful summer funland




It’s going to be a summer to remember for kids as SM Supermalls partners with Nickelodeon for a bigger, more exciting Everyday is Playday Year 3! Launched at SM City North EDSA – The Block Atrium, this partnership will bring a more playful place in SM malls through a series of fun tech activations, character meet-and-greet events, and more!

“Everyday is Playday has always been a place of joy and productivity for kids and kids-at-heart. In collaboration with Nickelodeon, everyone can indulge in a series of fun and interactive games and activities to create family fun moments this summer,” said Jonjon San Agustin, SM Supermalls SVP for marketing. 

The kick-off featured the launch of The Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles plus, character meet-and greets with SpongeBob Square Pants, Patrick Star, Squidward, PAW Patrol’s Sky, Chase, and Marshall, and Shimmer and Shine!

Kids can visit fun booths, including a slime photo booth – perfect for a memorable experience and IG-worthy photos. Fans can also check out installations where they can sing and dance Jojo Siwa-style, ride on their favorite Paw Patrol character, beat the ninja turtles in an obstacle maze battle, or even make new friends at the giant genie play area!

Catch Everyday is Playday with Nickelodeon in the following SM malls: Fairview (April 7-10), Novaliches (April 11-14), San Jose Del Monte (April 12-20), East Ortigas (April 22-26), Marikina and Masinag (April 23-28), Manila (May 1-5), Sta. Mesa and San Lazaro (May 7-12), BF Parañaque (May 14-19), Sucat and Bicutan (May 21-26), and Angono and Taytay (May 28-June 2). 16 boys, 10 girls make it to National Training Camp of Jr. NBA Philippines 2014 presented by Alaska, 797 join Regional Selection Camp

MANILA – 16 boys -- 9 from Metro Manila, 2 from Bacolod, 2 from Cavite, 1 from Rizal, 1 from Tarlac and 1 from Batangas -- emerged as the best of the Manila Regional Selection Camp of the Jr. NBA Philippines 2014 presented by Alaska held at the Philippine International Conventional Center (PICC) Forum Tent at the CCP Complex April 13. 10 girls – 6 from Metro Manila, 2 from Laguna, 1 from Cavite and 1 from Sorsogon -- will join the first-ever pool of Jr. WNBA aspirants who will compete in the inaugural Jr. WNBA tilt this year.
