A Tooth in my Popsicle - Book Review

 

A tooth on my Popsicle , written by an Award winning ,Half American , and a Half Jew. He  almost share all of the most weirdest and uncomfortable experiences and even for a typical grown-up Filipino  in a suburb cities of the Philippines would even tend to passed by as we journey on with our country. 

 He despite of  this circumstantial events, simple things and very normal things we normally do . We intend to be in right things to do whether it is politically correct which we get from our western or spanish culture influences.

David Haldane, a newspaper writer in LA Times reports his newly find love in  dating sites in the person of Ivy together with her keens ,  families  and eventually seeing his life joined with  Siargao and its origin. 

He boldly shares his life-threatening experience during Covid19 lockdowns and pandemic, the very time when her daughter was born and felt more than safe to stay with his wife, son and daughter. He further moves on with his life and further move on Siargao with his family even though it was his retirement age. As Haldane stayed He decided to blog " How to live in the Philippines" and in time get a job from Mindanao Gold Star Daily for his column "Expat Eye".

The book is a must read for most of foreigners who intended to find the love of their life with a Filipina who in return can give her life , marry and journey with their partner.
